People need to tinker more with web sites and software... play with the options... look for buttons, menus, etc... before calling your tech friends / family members.
Back in the early days us tech guys had a common thing we all said - RTFM (Read The Fucking Manual). Since there rarely is a manual these days with software and especially with web sites there's an amazing web site with tons of information that has replaced all of that.
